I am continually amazed by color. God’s color that is. And that color is almost gone for the year. The trees will be quickly be barren.
I often find myself wishing I could articulate what I see into words. Into painted prose splashed by colorful adjectives. So that the next time I saw you I could tell you about every hue of yellow and tone of red I have seen in the trees the past few weeks. Alas my speech falls short.
I must weather the barren cold before the splendor of more color. I’m looking forward to my first cherry blossom season.
